Artisanal and Sustainable Coffee

Our certified organic coffee comes exclusively from farms that respect both the environment and the people. The agricultural practices employed avoid the use of synthetic chemicals and pesticides in favor of eco-friendly farming methods. To ensure plant health and coffee quality, pest control is carried out using integrated pest management techniques, employing substances of mineral, plant, or animal origin, and selecting resistant varieties. Soil fertility is preserved and enhanced through natural fertilizers and sustainable agronomic practices, ensuring a healthy, flavorful product with minimal environmental impact.

Fairtrade Certification:
Ethical and Fair Coffee

We chose Fairtrade certification to support fair and equitable trade, contributing to better living conditions for small coffee producers. For years, our roastery has been committed to ensuring that plantation workers, known as "campesinos," can work under dignified conditions and receive fair compensation for their labor. Our Fairtrade-certified coffee not only guarantees excellent quality but also has a positive social impact on farming communities. We believe that every cup of coffee should be a product of respect and solidarity toward those who produce it, which is why we collaborate with Fairtrade organizations in Italy that verify and certify our practices.

HALAL Certification:
Coffee Compliant with Islamic Standards

In 2021, Franco Caffè also obtained Halal certification, which ensures that our coffee meets the requirements of Islamic law in addition to European hygiene and safety regulations.
